A child’s metabolism means that they produce a lot more heat than adults and a high tog value comforter will keep them awake at night. Get a low tog duvet and use a blanket if they feel cold.

Decor and design in your child’s bedroom is a lot of fun to indulge in, but make sure first that your child’s sleeping needs are met. After that, you and your kids can have loads of fun making their bedroom a little dream come true.
